Depending on your location and filing type, your details may be sent to one or more of the following:

• Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) – for GST/HST, payroll, and corporate tax accounts

• Provincial and Territorial Corporate Registries across Canada

• Provincial Ministries of Finance – for employer or retail tax programs

• Workplace Safety and Insurance Boards or Commissions – for employer registration and coverage

 

Every transfer is completed through connections approved by the relevant government systems.

We Never Keep Paper Copies

Launch a Business Inc. does not store your information in paper form. Everything we collect is handled electronically and only kept as long as needed to complete your filing. Once your submission is processed, your information is stored securely and used only if necessary to support your service request or meet legal retention timelines.

We don’t sell, trade, or use your personal or business data for marketing without your consent — ever.
